This Privacy Notice ("Notice") is about the processing of your data by Philips for purposes of repairing or replacing eligible device(s) pursuant to the medical device recall notification issued by Philips in June 2021 ("Remediation"). It explains how we process your data on the self-service applications supporting Remediation ("Portals") for the purposes outlined below, and includes what data we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it, and how we protect it, as well as your individual rights.
